Documents were neither submitted with the lawsuit nor any list of documents was attached to the plaintiff and the defendant in the evidence could not be allowed to present the documents at any stage without a court judge's permission. The verdict given was based on proper definition of law, the appeal filed by the intra-court plaintiff was dismissed.
