KARACHI PEACE AND JUSTICE SOCIETY versus KBCA
Sections 4B, 6, 7A & 10A Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional application was submitted under a legal proceeding against the authority of the Council under illegal construction proceedings before Sindh Buildings Control Ordinance. An oversight committee was formed under Section 4B of 1979. It was looking into the Karachi Building Control Authority's duties in connection with law enforcement as well as illegal construction, but there was no monitoring committee at that time, also identified by Section 10A of the Sindh Buildings Control Ordinance 1979. The authority has been given the authority to appoint a committee or sub-committee that, in view of the past experience of the monitoring committees under Section 4B of the Sindh Buildings Control Ordinance 1979, would be more appropriate if the authority itself was unlawful. Intended to correct actions or irregularities. The Committee, or sub-committee consisting of Technica, pursuant to Section 10 of the said Act. See also the Committee for the Special Control of the Supervision of the Functions of the Officers of the Authority, and to oversee the affairs of the Authority. It is important that public documents are provided to the applicants in the sense of the meaning and that it is more practical and appropriate to deal with the grievance of the grieving individual in relation to the building control, along with the authority itself. It should also be done at the committee or subcommittee level.
