Article 8 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 15 and 199 Constitution Blacklisting of Passport Section 8, Passport Act, 1974 In the present case of the scope petitioner, was not involved in any subversive activities or activities which were prejudicial to the benefit. ? The fact of Pakistan's relationship with Pakistan or any foreign power is that the petitioner or his son filed a complaint in a foreign court in which he imposed some members of the Pakistani embassy in that country. ? The applicant was a person involved in subversive activities, etc. There was no allegation in the letter related to the embassy, which could be termed as destructive activity against Pakistan or any other situation under section 8 (3) of the Passport Act 1974. Only then, the applicant, in the present case, was not given the opportunity to be heard before the punitive action of blacklisting the passport; the action taken by the authorities against the applicant was not only for the constitution. Article 15 was a violation of the fundamental rights granted to them, but also against the fundamental principles of natural justice of the \ Audi Ultram Partam \ High Court, in which case constitutional application was allowed with the observation that a future officer / Authorities will be careful to take such arbitrary action against any citizen of this country, otherwise they will be subject to compulsory action. IT will be responsible, which can impose heavy costs to set up international results. n
