The prosecution witnesses of the Pakistan Penal Code Sections 302, 148 and 149 were presented by the prosecution and when examined as court witnesses, they fully supported the defense version. Such witnesses were natural witnesses because they were related to the incident and had no reason to be involved in false accusations. As a result of the acquittal of the accused, the trial court, which had the benefit of seeing and hearing witnesses, arrived.
