GHULAM MUHAMMAD versus STATION HOUSE OFFICER, POLICE STATION UMARKOT
Section 22A, 22B, 154 and 561 was the applicant's request for registration of the FIR complaint that he first contacted the relevant Section H to file an FIR, but he declined. He then transferred the application under Section 22A&22B, CCPC, to obtain a section HA directive for filing an FIR, but returned to Justice of Peace. It was denied that the applicant had filed the present petition itself, for the admission of the report itself, there was no money to issue a license for the arrest of the police. Can proceed according to law, although there were parties to the case before the court session, but they did not apply to the applicant. They will refer to the relevant police station and Section H, who was present in the court, on his statement and on his statement, if there was an admissible offense, he will file an FIR.
