ALVIA TABLIGH TRUST THROUGH MANAGING TRUSTEE versus MUHAMMAD AKRAM
Section 42 of the Sindh Kutchi Population Act (III of 1987), section 19 of the Civil Procedure Code (V of 1908), VI VI, R 11 suit came under the jurisdiction of Kachhi Settlement on the ground of dismissal of the plaintiff's land. Such a statement was sought by the source. By no means can a lawsuit be filed by the plaintiff himself, under section 42 of the Special Claims Act, 1877, which had no legal role in the property in dispute in the dispute, as long as it could not be considered by the Government under the provisions of the Indus. Is not allocated under this Agreement. The Kutchi Settlement Act, 1987, was unable to retain the suit filed by the plaintiff and was rejected and the application was allowed accordingly.
