Sections 19, 24, 25, 27 and 29 constitute the Academic Council and the Achievements Committee appointed by the Academic Council to change the grade of foreign schools. The Academic Council is authorized to set rules regarding the admission of students to courses in study and examinations at the University. There is no right to require a showcase notice by the Equality Committee at the time of admission to a course of study in a medical college, but a change in the formula for admission to the right and authority of the university will be deducted from the equality of numbers for each student.
