SYED ZAHEER HASSAN versus THE STATE
There is a dispute between the husband, his wife, the defendant, who terminated proceedings under Articles 561A, 107, 112, 117 and 151 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CRPC), which separated her from domestic articles. And notes were exchanged between uncles. The wife and the accused are also pending in the High Court, a copy of which was filed by the husband along with a plea for restoration of the marital rights filed against his wife, himself also pending in the Civil Court report against the accused. Which shows that this was an old dispute between the parties. And there was no immediate threat of a breach of the peace. The actions initiated against the accused were badly affected, and it was filed for harassment and repression.
