Finding a decree to revoke an order on the basis of a disapproval of the CPC jurisdiction and the resolution under section 12 (2) of the Civil Code 1908, section 12 (2), is not exclusive. Similar relief can be obtained through an appeal, review, if relevant and even review that the exhaustion or even inapplicability of one such treatment may not necessarily impose another. Provided, however, that the limitation period for doing so was not wasted in the process, however, all such remedies are separate and independent of a particular case with one or more treatments. And may not fall under the purview of others or others.
