Sindh Tenant Limitation Ordinance 1979 Section 14 After the landlord obtained sixty years of age on the only land acquired by the landlord, he leased another premises to the tenant for allegedly leasing it. But all accept the tenant's reasoning by changing the receipt in favor of the tenant. By changing the receipt the tenant as his tenant, the landlord has lost the right to take advantage of all the tenant's summary which the landlord has approved or allowed as a tenant. After he turned sixty years of age, the benefit of the summary was not available to him to evict the tenant from the house in dispute.
