Customs Act 1969 Sections 18 and 25 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), R1 199 Customs Duty Income Customs Duty Rate and Goods Rating The parties agreed that the court had applied to the Constitution on two constitutional petitions containing the same points. In the light of the first decision, matters will be dealt with. The court ruled with the consent of the parties that the applicant could be enraged on the question of classification of goods under the Pakistan Customs Tariff Headings, before the Assistant Collector of Customs who would decide the matter after the hearing of the applicant and If the applicant has trouble with his order, it will be open to the applicant.
