In the light of the first decision, matters will be dealt with. The court ruled with the consent of the parties that the applicant could be enraged on the question of classification of goods under the Pakistan Customs Tariff Headings, before the Assistant Collector of Customs who would decide the matter after the hearing of the applicant and If the applicant has trouble with his order, it will be open to the applicant.
