RICE EXPORT CORPORATION OF PAKISTAN LTD. versus COMMISSIONER FOR WORKMEN\'S COMPENSATION


Article 23 of the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199 Workman's Compensation Act (VIII of 1923) is contradicting some observation on the part of the petitioner's commissioner's obligation to pay workers for the rice inside the applicant's Pakistan. Works in the procurement and export of rice to foreign countries. For this purpose many establishments assigned different jobs to different persons but the employment contract between the employees who did not enter through the applicant but after the assignment to some other persons, the appointment was made as such. It is testified that the Commissioner's observation against the applicants is pending in the circumstances.
