MUHAMMAD AWAIS versus STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC) Section 497 Constitutional Code (XLV of 1860), Section 302/34 Bail, was alleged to have been ineffective firing in the air and it was not alleged that he was dead. Fired at or hurt someone. There was direct enmity on the ground between the joint accused and the victim and the accused were accused of firing on the accused. One of the three affidavits filed in the accused's alibi petition was Assistant Engineer and the other was a lawyer. It also deposed that on the day of the incident, the accused had gone to another city where he was also with him and the report of the Ballistic Expert remained there was not secured to prove that the alleged crime was secured. The vacancies were removed from the revolver presented by the accused. The matter was further investigated because on reasonable grounds to believe that the accused did not approve the bail offense
