HUSSAIN ALI versus GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN
Criminal Code of Conduct (CCPC) Section 497 (5) of the Conduct Code (XLV of 1860), Sections 302, 148 and 149 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 4 bail, the cancellation of the accused allegedly the Wahala and adjournment sessions. The judge did not guarantee the law because of his concerns about bail for the accused and it was observed that one of the accused was a councilor and vice chairman, canceling the union council order bail. It was adopted in view of the fact that people are not treated differently. Because of the Islamic doctrine of justice and fair play and those belonging to the highest class or the poorer sections of society, no one could pressurize the court and everyone was equal before the law.
