I was returned for presentation. Which was presented six months before the special judge's banking suit was banned by the court, under section 6A of such ordinance, without having to file a case within two years. The exact cause was not disclosed. After two years and two months, the plaintiff was presented in a special banking court as the High Court refused to interfere with an unidentified order.
