Section (()) Admiralty jurisdictions are entitled to file claims / objections against the vessel In any proceeding in memory of a vessel, any person who claims any sum against it, Can interfere with the process and claim or object to it. The claim of the plaintiff's Admiralty Court will be justified in disposing of such claim / objection, and if both claims are found to be valid and appropriate, the court must determine its priority.
