Regarding the jurisdiction of the Constitution, the question cannot be investigated by the High Court in Sections 42, 161, 163 and 164 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973). Article 99 Constitutional Jurisdiction Assistant Commissioner Alternatively Approval, which was not only sufficient but also effective, is not benefited by the petitioner's failure to obtain such treatment by the petitioner, will grant him an exemption from the constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court.
