DR. SHARAFUDDIN ISLAHI versus BOARD OF GOVERNORS, INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY
Section 4 of the Service Tribunals Act 1973 was the International Islamic University Ordinance (XXX of 1985), a service tribunal appellant initially employed by the Islamic Research Center, which was an authorized employment appeal upon discharge from the service, which was later an independent body. The integrator and the appellant became an employee of the university at the International Islamic University. The International Islamic University, an independent body administered by the Board of Governors, thus appealed against the Civil Servants Act, 1973, which was not a civil servant. Before the service tribunal, service dismissal was not eligible, Saeed Muhammad Khan reported SCMR 1063 in 1986 as per the Supreme Court order in Balochistan.
