The assessment of evidence under Article 2302 / Constitution 34 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Section 302/34, is based on the testimony of PPC eye witnesses and the recovery of blood-stained weapons. Because of the evidence and the fact that the purpose was not satisfactorily proven, no case of leave approval for appeal was excluded.
