Article 497 Contempt of Conduct (XLV of 1860), Sections 302, 307, 148 and 149 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Guarantee, the innocence of the accused who did not reject the accused's plea by the magistrate order. In order to guarantee the approval of the inquiry agency's opinion, the High Court laid grounds for not accepting the opinion of the investigating agency regarding the involvement of the accused in the incident; the Supreme Court found no justification for interfering with its view. Refused to leave the appeal with the observation that the trial court fully proceeded on its own definition of the evidence presented.
