Article 1212 The Service Tribunals Act (LXX of 1973), Section 4, amended the Service Tribunal to remove the retiree from employment without any legal justification for the change in penalties by the Service Tribunal, the Supreme Court reiterated the quantum of punishment. The case is referred to the service tribunal for inspection. And declined to go into the details of the merits of the case to avoid any prejudice to the tribunal's determination as a result of the remand.
