KHALIDA MUMTAZ versus HAMID ALI KHAN
Article 262626 of the Contempt of the Constitution (XLV of 1860), section 307/148/457/380 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art 185 (3), permit the appeal to be examined for the validity of the order of the High Court as it previously appeared.
