Section 10 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) Termination of Service The Temporary Employee Service Tribunal approved the termination of the employment order and directed their rehabilitation on the basis that their services were terminated by the unqualified authority. Was granted, the appeal was allowed to examine the request that there was an unenforceable order passed by the same authority that appointed it and the tribunal's authority to terminate the services was not correct.
