The section 10 appellant claimed that the entire building as a former allotment property was in the process of transfer and that it had been transferred by the Deputy Settlement Commissioner to several units for transfer to the separate units. The Division Farms Settlement Commissioner maintained the distribution of property and approved the transfer of the parts. Allotment and trial remand were obtained in connection with the shop settlement, however, while intervening in the distribution of the review, both the Settlement Commissioner, reviewing the constitutional jurisdiction and filing by the High Court, Appellant, rejected the Appellant's discussion. Maintaining the distribution of property since the matter was only on remand to the Deputy Settlement Commissioner and the decision of the community seeking settlement of the shop was final and final, therefore, the Deputy Settlement Commissioner should intervene in the distribution of the property in the circumstances.
