Applicants were out of the amount of rent paid by them. Which they had actually submitted to the court with the intention that the landlord could withdraw the money if he wished, and there was no complaint that the landlord could not do so, forcing the applicants not to submit the rent to the court. I could not be declared guilty. The mistake of submitting the rent in the court but not in another case, but in one case, and instead of penalty, caused an irregularity.
