Section 11 (4) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 185 (3) and 199 dismiss employees of the Wright's jurisdiction rules which writ the right jurisdiction as a termination of bank services The jurisdiction case challenged that the rules were drafted by the Executive Board. In the light of the Pay Commission's recommendations for banks, the bank was treated as being in accordance with the rules of the legislation and a writ petition is against the violation of any legal code, not retained by the applicant's order. There was no violation of the rules set by the Executive Board before. The dismissal was granted, nor was it stated that the rules had reached the status of legal rules.
