GHULAM FATIMA versus MUHAMMAD RASHID KHAN
Arts 185 (3) and 199 Civil Code of Conduct (v. 1908), O III, R4 West Pakistan Civil Rent Restriction Ordinance (VI of 1959), Section 15 Withdrawal Agreement has been challenged in the jurisdiction of the writ. Before the petitioner's counsel's statement that the parties had compromised, the terms of the agreement were allowed to withdraw the appeal, after which the petitioner challenged the writ petition in which it failed. That it was unauthorized to withdraw the appeal through the lawyer, the leave of appeal was denied that the applicants were allowed two months time on this condition. Will voluntarily vacate premises and pay rent for each month after the term expires
