Section 439 of the Qadiani Group, Lahore Group and the Ahmadis (Prohibition and Punishment) Ordinance (XX of 1984) challenge the revised jurisdiction collectively or accidentally in its revised jurisdiction before the High Court. The High Court can only examine the question of unconstitutional, malicious use, excess of jurisdiction, or scope of unlawful assumption of jurisdiction by the subordinate courts, therefore, upon the ratification of Ordinance XX of 1984 using the amending jurisdiction.
