S13 Transfer of property ownership during the tenancy o1 The new notice on the tenant is required by the tenancy service 1 notice. If moved, the new owner must send a copy of it to the tenant. The purpose of such notice was to inform the tenant of the change of ownership such as absence of a transfer notice, the tenant could be clean. It may be noted that under Section 13A the notice may be taken as a defaulter in payment of rent. For example, the idea of obtaining rent control powers to evict tenants, for example, did not challenge the relationship between the landlord and the tenant after the transfer of the property by gift, sale or inheritance. However, the landlord may want to evict the tenant. By default, such a tenant has to be informed about the transfer of ownership.
