And the railway administration failed to prove any corruption. The appellate tribunal concluded the Labor Court, charged with restitution with full back benefits, concluded that it was not only a waste of public money but also a harassment and neglect of the lower level employee on prices. And there was also violence. The appellate tribunal, among others directly responsible for the alleged accident, upheld the Labor Court order and directed the higher authorities to take action against the officer responsible for the accident and recover damages from his personal funds. ?
