The worker was involved in a false and fabricated case of misconduct; he was removed by the appellant management. The other inquiry officer who completed the inquiry was an eyewitness to the alleged incident against the worker and was allegedly either an inquiry officer or a judge. Could not be against the charge. Independent inquiry officer not appointed by administration for misconduct
