N. S. MASMAN versus HAKIMUDDIN
The Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 was read with section 38 (3) section 25A (8) (9) and the offense and punishment of non-compliance of the Labor Court order and the tribunal appellant (employer) by filing an answer or filing objections. Appellants' conduct not expressing their opposition to the plea was that they deliberately failed to comply with the court's orders because they neither restored the respondent's worker nor paid legal benefits and other liabilities. The Labor Court, which was properly held, found appellant guilty and sentenced him under Section 25A (8) (9) sentence. Simple imprisonment for one month, however, before the appellate court was raised before each appellant was immediately converted to a fine of one thousand rupees, failing that the appellants received simple imprisonment for every one year. The fugitive was instructed to flee.
