The Operative Society Act 1925, Article 56 and 61 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional application, despite the applicant's retention of appeal and the remedies available under it under Act VII of 1925, the Constitution of the High Court Jurisdiction requested. Disqualified from observing that the applicant could file an appeal before the Appeal Forum under the relevant. In order to insult the delay in filing the appeal and the appeal forum, the applicant's explanation in respect of such delay will be considered in addition to the application under section 14 of the Limitation Act and its merits will be appealed for a year.
