The Punjab Pre-Emission Act 1913 section 25 was presented to prove payment of the sale price, in addition to an oral or documentary film confirming the sale price, besides the statement of the interested witness, so as to determine the cost of the heavy sale. The statements of the witnesses of the shopkeeper cannot be believed because the price was set to such an extent that there was no restriction on the execution of the contract, or, at least, the recovery of that amount by some independent persons. Arriving and testifying that, at the time the sale deal was finalized, there were two witnesses to the shopkeeper.
