West Pakistan Citizens Rental Ordinance 1959 Section 2 (d) (g) Determination of conflict limits in residential or non-residential premises was mainly used by the tenant for commercial purposes prior to the current tenancy. It was said that the building was occupied by a former tenant as a factory. The rent note under which the house was leased to the tenants was described as a 'factory' and not as a residential home.
