There is no evidence relating to the killing of the accused by sections 302 and 201 of the accused, which does not indicate that he too has caused the disappearance. The blood-stained articles were recovered twelve days later when the statements of the prosecution witnesses against the accused were unreliable and one prosecutor's witness stated.
