The teen's sons filed an objection in the execution proceedings, set up by the wife, on the basis that the property was gifted by her father. Once again an attempt was made to amend the request that the gift was completed before it was entered, and that the applicant's father and guardian confirm that it was an amendment in lieu of the gift transaction. A device was invented to deprive the property given to the wife, the Lis Penden doctrine was targeted, and a modification was sought to disprove the idea so that the gift modification could be predicted. Requesting an object is not allowed under the circumstances
