The evidence stated by one of the plaintiffs and their witnesses, who were treated as independent of the witnesses under the courts, were elderly persons and belonged to the same village to which the parties in the dispute belonged. Was aware of the relationship described. The witnesses who were able to present the facts in this case belonged to the hat pre-emptor shopkeepers and had the right of premature compulsion. Neither the material aspects of the evidence were misleading nor the reading of the High Court. Denied interference
