MAJEED AHMAD versus ZUBAIDA BEGUM
Sindh Rented Premise Ordinance 1979 Section 19 (4) Offer for adjustment of rent in default of person who later became co-owner of the property. Such person's affidavit was filed in court in evidence, But it was not presented for cross-inspection effect. Nevertheless, the testimony of the witness as a co-owner or co-applicant, in his law, exists as a tenant. The statement is a statement of such testimony in his oath. It is certain that the specific amount given to him by the tenant was adjusted on rent. The resident will not be of any benefit, as the alleged adjustment to the rent relates to the period when he was neither the co-owner, nor the recipient of co-applicants, such as a witness statement, however, nor does it bind him alone. There is a contradiction between the other co-applicants. Such adjustments are not credible in the statements of witnesses presented by the tenant who are in favor of adjusting the loan amount.
