English butter words could not be registered as a mere use of words, trademarks should not have been refused to register trademarks as trademarks could be allowed to be registered. Modifications, modifications, terms or limitations, if any, which the Registrar has deemed appropriate to the Registrar and the Applicant's trade mark is permitted to go into registration under the Amendment. The words deleted under English tricks will be deleted
