Contract Act 1872 Section 73 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional jurisdiction, the use of offenses involving constitutional petitions, including controversial questions of fact, alleges breach of contract by respondents, as required. The promises of the contract must be enforced by invoking the Constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court. The grants received by the applicants have clearly indicated that they are seeking declaration for enforcement of the terms of the contract and by responding to the constitutional request by directing the respondents to comply with the contractual obligations. Relief cannot be imposed in such an agreement.
