Contract Act 1872 Section 73 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional jurisdiction, the use of offenses involving constitutional petitions, including controversial questions of fact, alleges breach of contract by respondents, as required. The promises of the contract must be enforced by invoking the Constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court.
