Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 22A (G) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Jurisdiction Against an Order Approved by the National Industrial Relations Commission, Following the Qualification of an Order issued by the National Industrial Relations Commission I was summoned back by a commission where the order was obtained by the Adentrum applicant and subsequently several hearings were sought from or on behalf of the applicant and this was observed by the Commission. It was suggested that an alternative arrangement should be made by the applicant if his lawyer was not present in the proceedings. There may be no applicant or his lawyer present. As a result of the ad hoc order cancellation, the High Court cannot be included in the constitutional jurisdiction because the commission is still pending, according to the central complaint.
