Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Sections 22A (8) (E) and 22B (3) (B) National Industrial Relations Commission (Procedures and Functions) Regulations, 1973, Regulations 6 and 16 National Industrial Relations Commissioners (NIRC) Has the power to determine the industry collective bargaining agent between the trade unions in which the collective bargaining agent issued by the Deputy Registrar is selected for the purpose of determining the collective bargaining agent. Regularly authorized by the Commission member to hold, the certificate issued by the Commission will be considered.
