.‑‑The allegation against the petitioner is that while armed with a gun, he inflicted an injury to Muhammad Anwar deceased which was found to be simple and not on the vital part.
Learned counsel appearing for the State has not been able to controvert this position.
We, therefore, think that this is a fit case for suspension of sentence. The sentence of the petitioner is suspended subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.50.000 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of A‑C., Sheikhupura.
