ORDER

Haji Amin Jan and Haji Dawa Jan petitioners alongwith two others are accused of the offences under sections 156(1)(8) and 178/152, Customs Act, 1969, read with section 3/4 of Hadd Ordinance, 1979. The case was registered against them at Police Station Ichhra, Lahore, on 16‑10‑1986.

2. Petitioners were allegedly followed by another car from which Heroin was recovered in which different set of accused was sitting. It is alleged that they were one party but going in two different cars towards the Indian border. Admittedly, nothing was recovered from the petitioners' possession and their car. Under these circumstances, they are allowed bail in the sum of Rs.50,000 (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.

S.A./A‑19/L Bail granted.
