Sharafat Ali (45) was convicted on 27-4-1986 under section 13/20/65 of the Arms Ordinance by the Additional Sessions Judge, Kasur and sentenced to two years' R.I. The convict has come up in appeal.
2. In view of the compromise, the sentence in the main murder case in which the appellant was convicted under section 304, Part I, P.P.C. has been reduced to a period already undergone by him, the sentence in this case is also reduced to a period already undergone. He shall be released forthwith if not required in any other case.
S. A. Sentence reduced.
