It appears that the petitioner has not paid the requisite registration fee and sent a receipt accompanying the Parat Nikah to the Nikah Registrar, respondent No.1, for registration.
2. The petitioner if resubmits Parat Nikah alongwith the receipt showing that he had paid the requisite registration fee, respondent No.1 who is Nikah Registrar shall act strictly in accordance with law.
Subject to the observation made above, this petition stands disposed of.
