This is a petition for bail on behalf of Muhammad Pervaiz who is being prosecuted in a case under section 11/10 Ordinance No. VII of 1979, arising out of F.I.R. No.105, dated 24-7-1986, P.S. Kallar Kahar, District Chakwal. He was arrested on 18-7-1986. He filed Criminal Miscellaneous No. 32/B of 1987 Rawalpindi for his bail which was dismissed on 4-2-1987, on the ground that Mst. Surayya Sultan abductee was minor in age. After decision of the said application, Mst. Surayya Sultan on 12-2-1987, was got medically examined by the police. It was reported by the Radiologist District Headquarters Hospital, Rawalpindi that she was aged about 18/19 years. In view of the changed circumstances, Muhammad Pervaiz petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing of bail bond in the sum of Rs. l0,OQ0 (Rupees ten thousand) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C./Duty Magistrate, Chakwal.
