ORDER

This is an application for suspension of sentence of Muhammad Ikram petitioner who has been convicted under section 13 of the Arms Ordinance XX of 1965 and sentenced to one year's R.I.

2. Since the sentence is short, I suspend its operation and admit the petitioner to bail in the sum of Rs. 5,000 with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C. Kasur.
