Article 15 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional application moved to evict tenants in which application was made for eviction of tenant in which petition for leave for defense was granted It was simultaneously rejected that the tenant argued that he had reviewed the suit house. Landlord and tenant were denied between the parties, no tenancy agreement was in the record and the landlord had to establish the said relationship. Was allowed to apply for leave to do so. After the recording of the evidence, the appellate court had made an unlawful decision to decide the request for withdrawal, while the wrong decision was based on the wrong reading and the fabrication of the parties' requests on which the appellate court's approved judgment and the grant of the rental tribunal. There was no process and in violation of the same, the case was referred to the rent tribunal with the direction of settling the matter in relation to the existence of the landlord and tenant relationship and then according to law the same decision was made according to the circumstances. Constitutional application approved.
